Started in 2001 by Stephen Cabral and now owned by Mark Anderson, MWA Health and Fitness was created with a single goal in mind: to make fitness achievable for everyone.

We’ve built our award-winning programs, top notch staff, and fitness studio around the idea that health should be a rewarding pursuit. Our clients not only learn how to create healthy habits inside the gym, they know how to maintain what they’ve learned the minute they leave. We don’t believe in forcing individuals to create unmanageable life style changes for the sake of health; instead, we institute a gradual step-by-step approach that sticks for the long-haul.

Whether it's private personal training, corporate or in-home personal training, or virtual personal training, our team of NASM certified trainers have the necessary know-how to help our clients achieve optimal health in all formats. All personal training services are open to all ages and levels. No experience is necessary – just the will to achieve! One-on-one sessions are available at our fitness studio, in home, office, or virtual format.
